AUTO-MFR provides the tool designer with the fastest and most accurate method of calculating the required drilling / milling and pocketing cycles for the most demanding of bolster plate work.

This powerful option within the AUTO-Series will analyse the 3D plate and automatically recognise the hole data and assign the correct drilling cycle. Using the MFR tree structure, it is even possible to assign CAM data to holes that have been imported from other CAD systems.

Through its exceptional graphical-interface, MFR will also recognise both open and close pockets and prompt the user with the correct CAM operations for that pocket. It is possible to automatically recognise pockets that are swept, tapered or even have fillet radii on the top or bottom form.

Bolster plate work has always been a laborious procedure; it has never been so fast and easy. MFR proves to be the ultimate conclusion to 3D tool design.
